Jenny is a 2010 graduate of the Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in Swansea, IL. She is licensed in Illinois and board certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Her work is built on a foundation of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques along with structural awareness and trigger point therapy. Jenny encourages clients to invest in personalized self-care and believes receiving regular massages plays a huge role in health and well being. Her focus is geared toward relieving aches and pains while promoting overall muscle performance. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys reading, traveling, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
