Stephanie graduated from the massage program at SWIC Body Therapy Center in Swansea, IL in 2007.  She is licensed in Illinois and board certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.  Her specialties include Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage.  She is currently training in Neuromuscular Therapy at SWIC Body Therapy Center.

She believes that massage therapy assists the body through a holistic approach that promotes a natural balance.  She enjoys giving massages for the wide variety of benefits it provides her clients.  Massage also plays an important role in maintaining her healthy lifestyle.  When Stephanie isn’t practicing massage, she may be found taking care of her grandmother or coaching figure skaters at a local ice rink.
