Our clinic is conveniently located in a small, quiet professional park within 15 minutes of downtown St. Louis, Scott AFB, Lebanon, and Collinsville (see map below).

We are available by appointment only, and the clinic is secured for the safety of our clients and staff. We are not configured to accommodate walk-ins of any kind, so if you plan to visit, please coordinate with us well in advance via phone, text, or other messaging.

Our full address is 6001 Old Collinsville Road, Suite 1B, Fairview Heights, Illinois, 62208, USA which is on the northwest corner of Ashland Avenue and Old Collinsville Road. Our driveway entrance is on Ashland.
